Don't like the product(s)? Follow these steps:

Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed your order).

Contact us via the support icon at the bottom right or write an email to infotechgadget1@gmail.com with your return request and order number.

We will process your request and give you instructions to ship the package to our warehouses. As soon as the package arrives, we will refund your money immediately.
NB shipping costs to our warehouses will be at your expense. Once used, the product will no longer be eligible for return.
Did the product(s) arrive defective? Follow these steps:

Please take photos of the defective product, illustrating the problem as precisely as possible (2-3 photos/videos are also fine).

Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed your order).

Send us photos and order number to our email infotechgadget1@gmail.com
We will review your request and give you instructions to ship the package to our warehouse. As soon as the package arrives, we will refund your money immediately.
